1. Acceptance
By authorizing the VOLIX TikTok Integration (the “App”) to access your TikTok account, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
The App is operated by VOLIX Group (“VOLIX”). It lets TikTok account owners connect their account at volix.co.id/tiktok and, with their authorization, reads profile information, account statistics and public videos through the official TikTok API to show and analyze content performance. VOLIX also uses the App for the TikTok accounts it owns or co-manages, such as @volix.media.
3. Eligibility and Authorization
The App may be used by:
- TikTok account owners, or people authorized by the owner, who connect the account through TikTok login
- Authorized VOLIX Group personnel
4. Permitted Use
The App may only be used to:
- Connect your own TikTok account and view a summary of its performance
- Retrieve analytics for TikTok accounts VOLIX owns or co-manages
- Generate reports for VOLIX team members
- Support content strategy decisions
5. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Connect a TikTok account you do not own or are not authorized to manage
- Scrape or extract bulk data beyond what TikTok API permits
- Republish or sell analytics data to third parties
- Reverse engineer the App or attempt to bypass security controls
6. Intellectual Property
- VOLIX branding, logos, and operational know-how remain property of PT. VOLIX Group
- TikTok data accessed via the App remains property of the respective TikTok account owner
- Aggregate analytics derived from authorized data may be used internally by VOLIX
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. VOLIX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of TikTok analytics data, which originates from TikTok's API. Data quality is subject to TikTok's API availability and accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOLIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
9. Termination
- Users may terminate App access at any time by revoking TikTok OAuth permission
- VOLIX may suspend or terminate App access for any account at its discretion
- Upon termination, sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive
10. Modifications
VOLIX may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in Jakarta-based jurisdiction.
