The current president of the United States, Joe Biden, arrived in Bali yesterday (13/11). Last night, President Biden arrived on Air Force One at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport and rode the US presidential official car dubbed "The Beast" during his visit.
Apart from President Biden, other officials who arrived on the same day included World Economic Forum Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, International Labor Organization (ILO) Director General Gilbert F. Houngbo, Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) President Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser, Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who came with her partner, as well as Republic of Korea President Yoon Suk-yeol and his first lady Kim Keon-hee.
The presence of these leaders is to attend the G20 Summit in Bali that will be held on Nov. 15 - 16, 2022. Furthermore, the G20 is a group of twenty of the world's largest economies formed in 1999 to secure future global economic growth and prosperity.
