Erick Thohir asked Pertamina directors for toilets at Pertamina gas stations to be accessible free of charge. Minister Erick made this request after visiting a gas station in Malasan, Probolinggo, East Java.
In a video uploaded to his Instagram account (22/11), Erick talked to the gas station’s toilet guard. He questioned why he had to pay Rp.2000 to pee and Rp.4000 to take a bath. He was surprised because the gas station toilet is a public facility that should be accessible by the public for free.
The toilet guard admitted that he did not know because the gas station manager only assigned him to do his job. Erick also said his request should apply to all Pertamina gas stations, including those managed by the private sector.
